As Browncoats, we enjoy nothing more than sharing Firefly with others and watching them watch it for the first time. It’s just so amazing to see how it brings a smile to them as their new favorite show, then motivate them to make the jump from fan to Browncoat and take a stand.
A good friend of ours at the Pillownaut blog just wrote a fantastic piece about her experiences on a recent trip to California. Everyone was there to see Hollywood, and were surprised when she said she was in only in town to see the Endeavour — my Endeavour. It was probably about as mystifying to them as being huge fans of a cancelled TV show. She had some really insightful things to say about talking to people “on the outside” that have relevance to us, and you owe it to yourself to check it out.
